2 days skin contact, Barrel fermented, wild yeast, 9 months in a second use French oak Puncheon, hand bottled onsite unfined and unfiltered by us

Our bio-dynamic Viognier is pale straw in colour, with a lifted nose of floral perfume and apricot kernel and nougat on the palette. Good acidity and structure from a short time on skins, lovely balance, the French oak Puncheon imparts layered complexity, very yum! A great alternative to Chardonnay.
