Sourced from exceptional growers the Borrett family in Langhorne Creek, this has oodles of blackberry notes with subtle apricot kernal.

An impossibly complex, soft and supple nose with incredible depth of flavour, colour and fine tannins will tease your pallette.

This has looked fantastic every step of the way through the wine making process. You can drink now and thoroughly enjoy, but, if you have patience (and self control) you will be rewarded in a few years time. If I had a favorite from vintage 2021, (hard choice to make) this would be it!
